Electronic Throttle Controller

The nerospec OSCON Throttle Controller is an electronic throttle deceleration product, designed to slow down vehicular machinery in the mining industry. It was designed to intercept the signal between the throttle position sensor and the ECU of the vehicle.

The neroTROC works in conjunction with the neroHUB, which will indicate the percentage by which the vehicle’s speed needs to be retarded. The system will decrease the usage of the brakes to slow the vehicle and assist to prevent over speeding.

Works with the standard +5V provided from the throttle position sensor

Has an array of LED’s that can facilitate fault finding

INDUSTRIAL USE

Two modes: Through (Bypass) mode and SHunt (Fail-to-safe) mode

The neroHUB provides a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) signal that indicates the percentage deceleration according to the duty cycle
