The neroWEAR.KH is designed to monitor brake wear of vehicles with Kessler Axles of more than 4.5 tonnes. Developed for the smart vehicle system, it allows you to track Live and Historical Brake Wear, measure SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) brake depth to a Relative Accuracy within 10 μm across span. Precision Temperature-compensated measurement from Flange Face to end of Plunger is reported back to the neroHUB via the CAN Bus interconnected multi-sensor network.

The neroWEAR provides an early warning of accelerated brake wear of Posi or combo SAHR brakes is ideal for critical applications where disruptive brake wear is found, e.g. Level 9 Crawl and Stop implementations.
