neroXDUCER & neroTILT

neroNEWTON proprietary smart algorithm uses a combination of angular and pressure monitoring to measure the payload weight within the LHD bucket, enabling the operator to maximise each load.

APPLICATION:

With the neroTILT implemented on the bucket of an LHD, it will be able to detect boom & bucket angle as well as the weight of the bucket through the measured pressure from the neroXDUCER.

neroWEAR.KX

BRAKE WEAR MONITOR

The neroWEAR.KX is designed to monitor brake wear of vehicles with Kessler Axles of more than 4.5 tonnes. Developed for the Nerospec smart vehicle system, it allows you to track live & historical brake wear. It can also measure SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) brake depth to a relative accuracy within 10 µm accross span.

APPLICATION:

With the neroWEAR.KX you will be able to monitor brake usage & wear over time. This will allow you to exchange worn brake pads earlier to reduce downtime, improving overall mining productivity.

MAN-MACHINE INTERFACE

The neroVIEW is designed to complement the Nerospec family of products by providing a fit for purpose man-machine interface to view the parameters, information and data associated with the applications being run on the specific Nerospec product/s it is connected to.

APPLICATION:

The neroVIEW displays relevant information gathered through the connected machine devices such as the neroTILT weight & bucket height information, as well as the brake wear information gathered through the neroWEAR.

DUAL QUADRATURE SPEED SENSOR

The dual quadrature speed sensor (neroQUAD) was developed out of necessity to detect roll back conditions.

APPLICATION:

The neroQUAD will notify the neroHUB to activate a warning and automatically apply brakes should it detect possible roll-back on an underground mining machine.

neroAUPS

UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY

The neroAUPS is an automotive uninterruptible power supply that will provide three (3) channels of regulated output DC supply from a wide unregulated DC input voltage range as well as an additional 5 VDC output channel for standby devices.

APPLICATION:

The neroAUPS is used to protect machine devices and components from power surges, this allows for the prolonged usage of the devices should a power failure occur and keep safety functions active until the machine comes to a stop.

2.4 GHz Circular Polarised Omnidirectional Antenna

The neroMODA is ​designed to enable Underground Communication by passively connecting to a circularly polarised 2.4 GHz radio network and is a purpose built custom underground mine antenna product solution that integrates into the neroMAN (Mine Area Network).

APPLICATION:

The neroMODA allows for all the data gathered and processed by the neroHUB and the connected devices to be streamed to a centralised database where it can be displayed and analysed.
